About the Author
Curtis Carmichael is a professional web site designer/developer and Internet marketing expert. He is a proud recipient of the prestigious USA Today Hot Site award, won a Southwestern Bell Yours’ Drools web design award and placed first in a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) web design contest. His work has been featured in various other web/print publications in the US.
At age 15, Curtis wrote a popular e-book titled Creating Intuitive Web Sites designed to help novices create a personal and/or small business web site from scratch using WYSIWYG editors such as Dreamweaver or FrontPage and basic instruction in HTML programming.
Mr. Carmichael graduated from Plymouth State University in May 2004 with a self-designed BS degree in Web Management & Internet Commerce, coupled with an English minor.
In Curtis’ spare time, he enjoys running long distance, hiking, tennis, etc.
